Plot Summary:
Set in the fictional village of Kothulagudem, the film follows two idle troublemakers—Tirupati (a tailor) and Muthyalu (a barber)—who spend their days drinking, pickpocketing, and lounging around. Their antics land them in a police station, where they continue their mischief. When a school computer goes missing, the pair are blamed and must help the local constable unravel the mystery, leading them on a path of redemption.
